Two numbers.
No surprises.
A one-time onboarding package gets Knox running your first automations. A flat monthly platform fee keeps them running. Onboarding is scoped to your business and set in writing before anything starts. The platform fee is $99 a month, flat.

Onboarding package
We learn your business, connect your systems, and ship your first working automations. You approve everything before it runs.
- A living model of your business services, service area, rules, systems of record, who approves what
- Connections to your apps linked through each provider's official sign-in, revocable anytime
- Your first automations, built and tested typically 3 to 8, passed through failure and duplicate testing before launch
- Approval and evidence rules configured what runs freely, what always asks first
- Owner and team walkthrough you leave knowing exactly how to ask, approve, and read receipts
Knox, operating
Knox runs your automations around the clock, proves every run, and takes new work by asking.
- 24/7 operation and monitoring every automation watched, briefed to you each morning
- Receipts for every run verified against the app itself, filed to your space
- Contained failures unclear outcomes quarantined, never double-sent
- Unlimited asks and revisions change anything by describing it, every version kept
- New automations added by asking no project, no rebuild, no new contract
The range has reasons. Here are all four.
No hidden variables. Where you land inside the onboarding range comes down to these, and we walk through them with you before quoting anything.
Connected systems
Linking a CRM, an inbox, and a calendar is quick. A dozen systems with years of history takes more care on day one.
Automation volume
How many automations run each month, and how much work each one carries. More running work means more operating load.
Business spaces
Starting with sales only sits lower. Running sales, marketing, support, and operations together sits higher.
Approval design
Simple owner sign-offs are fast to configure. Multi-party rules with spending limits and exceptions take more design.
Three typical shapes. Find yours.
Not packages, just reference points. Onboarding is scoped to your business, and the monthly fee is a flat $99 for everyone.
Fair questions. Straight answers.
Why is onboarding separate from the monthly fee?
+Because the work is different. Onboarding is concentrated: modeling your business, connecting systems, and shipping tested automations. The monthly fee covers steady operation after that. Keeping them separate means your month-two price drops, and you never pay onboarding rates forever.
How do I get my exact numbers?
+In the first working session we map your systems, spaces, and approval rules against the four factors above. You get a fixed onboarding quote in writing before anything starts. The monthly fee is always $99. If the scope changes later, the quote changes with it, in writing, before the work does.
Can I start small, with just one automation?
+Yes. Most owners start with one painful loop, usually lead response, and expand once the receipts prove themselves. Starting narrow puts you near the $250 floor of the onboarding range.
What happens if I cancel?
+The monthly fee stops at the end of the billing month. Your accounts, your data, and your connected apps remain entirely yours, connections are revoked from the provider side, and your run receipts stay exportable. No lock-in, no exit fee.
Know your number.
Then decide.
One working session gets you a fixed quote for onboarding and a flat monthly fee, in writing. No obligation either way.
