Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Knox Intelligence ("Knox," "we," "us") collects when you use knoxcapture.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Knox is operated from Allen, Texas.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a private pilot or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, and information about your business (such as what you want to automate, the tools you use, and your service area).
- Information collected automatically. Our web server may process basic technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error information. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the site.
How we use your information
- To evaluate your business for a pilot and set up your first automations.
- To respond to you, schedule calls, and provide the service you requested.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How your information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us host, secure, communicate about, and operate the site or a requested pilot, and only as needed for those purposes. Pilot requests are received by Knox-controlled server infrastructure rather than sold to a lead marketplace. When you book a call, Google Calendar and Gmail process the appointment, attendee email address, calendar invitation, Google Meet link, confirmation, and reminder messages. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Essential storage may be introduced only when needed for a requested feature, such as authentication. If optional analytics is enabled later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Data retention and security
Website pilot-request records are normally retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed to respond to you, establish or run a pilot, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or meet a legal obligation. If an engagement begins, the applicable service agreement and operational retention settings control that engagement data. We then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, email evan@knoxcapture.com and we will respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
The site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
